Using Infinite Campus Portal on your smart phone is such a convenience. If you are having issues with your mobile app, please follow these steps before submitting a help ticket:

1. Uninstall the app

2. Power off the device

3. Power on the device

4. Reinstall the app from the app store

If this does not resolve the issue, please obtain the following information from the user and submit a ticket to Campus Support:

OS Version (e.g., 6.1.3 or 4.2 Jelly Bean)
